Order Cancellation

WattCycle accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund via the original payment method within 10 working days (Due to delays in processing refunds from a bank).

Lost / Damaged Products Received

If the product was not delivered or lost, please immediately contact us. We will inquire about the situation and send you a statement. After you sign and send us the statement, we will re-arrange the shipment of your order.

WattCycle Pays For Return Shipping

WattCycle will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of our error.

Examples of instances may include:

Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.

We shipped out the wrong item.

We shipped it to the wrong address.

We shipped a duplicate order.

Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly per the product manual instruction.)

Attention

For items that arrive damaged or are defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back. Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.

Customer Pays For Return Shipping

Return Item & Address

After confirming with our customer service team that a return is possible, we will provide you with a return solution based on your order's fulfillment warehouse.

If your order was shipped from a German warehouse, we are unable to provide a return label. You will need to contact our customer service team to obtain the return address and arrange the return yourself.

If your order was originally shipped from a Polish warehouse, we will provide you with a return label. You simply need to take the product with the return label attached to a courier station to ship it back.

Refund

For non-quality-related issues and unopened packages, you will be responsible for covering the round-trip costs (including shipping fees and handling charges). Costs vary by country/region.

For quality-related issues reported more than 30 days after the purchase date, WattCycle will provide a partial refund based on the product's usage condition.

  • Harness solar energy! With 4.5 hours of effective sunlight per day, a 200W solar panel system can fully recharge your battery in a single day.
  • Solar Panel Flexibility: Larger solar panels (e.g., over 200W) can also charge your battery, though charging times may vary depending on sunlight intensity and duration.
  • Critical Component: Always use a solar charge controller to regulate voltage and protect the battery.

3. DC-DC Generator/Alternator
Compatible Power Source is Key:
Ensure your generator or alternator has a DC output. In this case, a DC-DC charger is required to connect it to the battery.

Can lithium batteries be charged below freezing temperatures?

No! It is critical that all WattCycle LiFePO4 batteries are not charged when temperatures are below freezing. Charging a lithium-ion battery at an internal temperature below -4°C can cause long-term or permanent damage.

WattCycle’s low-temperature protection:

  • Automatic Cutoff: All WattCycle batteries include a low-temperature cutoff feature that halts charging when the battery’s temperature is between -5°C and 5°C.
  • Automatic Resume: When the temperature rises to between 5℃ - 15℃, the battery will automatically resume charging.
How to store LiFePO4 batteries?

1. Recommended Storage Conditions

  • To achieve optimal storage results, LiFePO4 batteries should be kept in a cool, dry place.
  • Ideal Storage Temperature: 15°C – 25°C.
    Humidity: Keep humidity as low as possible to avoid moisture buildup.

2. Recommended Charge Level During Storage
LiFePO4 batteries should be stored at a partial state of charge (SOC) between 50% and 80%.

Why Avoid Full Charge/Discharge?

  • Storing the battery fully charged or fully discharged can stress the cells and lead to gradual capacity loss over time.
