Thank you for your support of WattCycle! Our customer service team will assist in analyzing and resolving the issue within 24 hours to restore your battery’s functionality and guide you on optimal usage. Below is WattCycle’s warranty claim process:

Warranty Registration

After receiving the product in good condition, you must first register the warranty on our official website.

Contact Customer Service

If you encounter a product issue, contact us via our official channels (email/online form/phone/WhatsApp) and provide:

Purchase platform, order number, purchase date, product model, and product serial number (located on the product label under the barcode).

Detailed description of the issue (text, photos, or videos).

Preliminary Diagnosis

Our technical team will analyze the submitted information to determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage (e.g., quality defects, non-user-induced damage).

If resolvable remotely, WattCycle will provide step-by-step guidance.

Confirm Warranty Eligibility

If further inspection is required, you may need to:

Cooperate with product functionality tests (e.g., voltage checks, charge/discharge logs).

Return the product to a designated warehouse (e.g., Germany or Poland). Freight responsibility depends on policy (WattCycle covers shipping costs for confirmed quality issues).

Resolution Plan

Within 6 months of purchase (confirmed quality issue): WattCycle will arrange a replacement or full refund.

7 months to 5 years after purchase (confirmed quality issue): WattCycle offers free after-sales service (solutions vary based on the situation).

Non-warranty cases (e.g., user damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications): WattCycle may provide a discounted offer for repurchase.

Attention

Return Shipping & Risk: WattCycle covers all shipping costs and risks for products returned under valid warranty claims. Return methods vary depending on the original warehouse (refer to the Return & Refund Policy).

Warranty Period: Repaired or replaced products do not extend the original warranty period. The warranty for replacements follows the original terms from the initial purchase date.

Preventive Measures

All WattCycle products undergo stringent quality inspections before shipment. If you encounter any issues with a product upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

In most cases, we can resolve issues by providing technical support without requiring a return. When using WattCycle products, adhere to the following guidelines:

Use a charger specifically designed for LiFePO4 batteries.

Avoid striking the battery with sharp-edged components (e.g., nickel strips, pins, or needles).

Do not fully submerge the battery in water or seawater.

Do not use or store the battery near heat sources such as fire or heaters.

Do not drop the battery on its cover or reverse the positive/negative terminal connections.

Never connect the battery directly to a power outlet.

Do not throw the battery into fire, heat it, or bend it.

Securely tighten battery terminals and use appropriately sized wiring to prevent overheating or damage.

Avoid connecting the positive and negative terminals with metal objects.

Do not transport or store the battery with metal items (e.g., necklaces, hairpins).

Do not solder directly onto the battery or puncture it with nails or sharp objects.

Do not use the battery as a starter battery. WattCycle batteries are deep-cycle and not designed for starter applications.

Store the battery within the specified temperature range (0°C – 60°C) outlined in the product specifications.

If storing the battery for over 3 months, recharge the LiFePO4 battery as recommended by WattCycle.

Protect the battery by never exceeding the maximum discharge current or discharging below the specified voltage.

Balance the cells (equal voltage) before assembling a DIY battery pack.

For series or parallel connections, ensure all batteries meet the following criteria:

Same brand.

Same voltage.

Same current (capacity).

Purchased within 3 months.

If planning to build a series/parallel power system with WattCycle batteries, we strongly recommend purchasing all required batteries simultaneously. Batteries from different batches (purchased at different times) may have inconsistent data, which is not covered under WattCycle’s warranty.

Attention

The warranty does not cover quality issues arising from using batteries purchased at different times in series/parallel configurations.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes to this policy on our website. We appreciate your support! If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please feel free to contact us.
