We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your purchase. The following "Return & Refund Policy" applies to WattCycle products.

Order Cancellation

WattCycle accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund via the original payment method within 10 working days (Due to delays in processing refunds from a bank).

WattCycle cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out.

Lost / Damaged Products Received

If the product was not delivered or lost, please immediately contact us. We will inquire about the situation and send you a statement. After you sign and send us the statement, we will re-arrange the shipment of your order.

If the product you received was damaged, or if you received an incorrect or incomplete product, please immediately contact us with proof of videos or pictures and product serial number (This number is on a sticker on the product, below the barcode.). After providing the above certificates and serial numbers, we will provide you with a solution based on the damaged or missing items.

30-Days Money-Back Guarantee

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are unsatisfied with the product and there are no quality issues, you are entitled to a refund upon returning the item in its complete, unused condition with original packaging intact. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, a full refund cannot be offered.

Attention: For products that have been used (Unboxing), WattCycle reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return Shipping Cost

WattCycle Pays For Return Shipping

WattCycle will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of our error.

Examples of instances may include:

Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.

We shipped out the wrong item.

We shipped it to the wrong address.

We shipped a duplicate order.

Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly per the product manual instruction.)

Attention

For items that arrive damaged or are defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back. Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.

Customer Pays For Return Shipping

In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. Fees vary by country, please contact us for specific fees.

Attention

Any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction from our actual outbound shipping costs.

After the 30-day returns period, customers may use the WattCycle Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the WattCycle Warranty Policy for details.

Return Item & Address

After confirming with our customer service team that a return is possible, we will provide you with a return solution based on your order's fulfillment warehouse.

If your order was shipped from a German warehouse, we are unable to provide a return label. You will need to contact our customer service team to obtain the return address and arrange the return yourself.

If your order was originally shipped from a Polish warehouse, we will provide you with a return label. You simply need to take the product with the return label attached to a courier station to ship it back.

Refund

For non-quality-related issues and unopened packages, you will be responsible for covering the round-trip costs (including shipping fees and handling charges). Costs vary by country/region.

For quality-related issues reported more than 30 days after the purchase date, WattCycle will provide a partial refund based on the product's usage condition.

Refund Timeline: Once the product is returned to the WattCycle warehouse, WattCycle will process the refund within 7 business days and send you a refund confirmation notification.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method and account.

WattCycle does not offer refunds for the following cases:

Price difference of discount or promotional items.

WattCycle products purchased through other entities (e.g., distributors or retail partners).

Returns from a country/region different from the original shipping address of the order. If the return address differs from the original shipping location, resulting in shipping costs exceeding the initial fees, the user will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees.

Products showing signs of wear, use, or alterations from their original condition.

Products damaged or lost during the return process.
