Shipping time

Our shipping time is divided into two parts, starting from the time you place your order:

Processing time: 1-2 business days

Shipping time: 2-7 business days

Attention: The above transit time is for reference only and applies to most orders. It does not include inspection time, other special circumstances, or uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, congestion, etc.

Shipping cost

All WattCycle orders are FREE SHIPPING.

The shipping will be delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notify our customers ahead of delays.

Shipping Notification

Please ensure that you enter the correct name, address, and contact information during checkout to facilitate smooth delivery of your order.

If you entered an incorrect address for your order and have already made payment, please contact us promptly to modify the shipping address.

Attention: If you request a change of address after your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the updated address will be applied. Additionally, you will be responsible for all associated risks and costs that may arise from altering the address post-shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment.

Inspection & Signature

Upon receiving your WattCycle package, please first inspect the outer box to ensure it remains intact and properly sealed. If you (or someone acting on your behalf) sign for a damaged or deformed package, WattCycle will consider the package accepted. To protect your rights, WattCycle strongly advises recording a complete unboxing video and verifying the items against the packing list.

Attention:

Damaged Packaging: If the packaging shows signs of damage or deformation, do not sign for or open the package. Contact us immediately to report the issue.

Missing/Damaged Items: If products are missing or damaged within the package, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Disclaimer

WattCycle shall not be held liable for order delays or rejections caused by the following reasons:

Remote Delivery Addresses: Shipping times may be delayed by 1–2 days due to remote delivery locations.

Recipient-Related Delays: Delays or failed deliveries caused by the recipient’s actions, including but not limited to:

  • Address changes after shipment.
  • Providing unknown, invalid, or incorrect addresses.
  • Providing incorrect contact information.
  • Refusal to accept the package.

Force Majeure Events: Delays due to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • National or regional air/ground transportation disruptions (e.g., weather-related issues).
  • Communication system interference or malfunctions.
  • Government actions or changes in postal policies.
  • Wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, fog, or similar events.

Prohibited Air Cargo: Items restricted by aviation safety regulations, including: Contraband, mobile phones, electronics, fragile goods, or other items ineligible for air transport.

Confiscated Shipments: Parcel confiscation or disposal due to violations of shipping regulations.

Holiday/Non-Working Day Delays: Inability to deliver during weekends, national holidays, or public observances.

Inaccessible Locations: Failed deliveries to schools, workplaces, or residential areas unreachable by couriers.
