Smart Version of the Mini Battery: WattCycle 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Mini Smart Battery retains the same ultra-compact dimensions (L229 x W138 x H208mm) and lightweight design (9.50kg) as the standard Mini Battery, while delivering an exceptional energy density of 134.74Wh/kg.

Cutting-Edge LiFePO4 Technology: WattCycle 100Ah Mini Series batteries are equipped with EV grade-A LiFePO4 cells, a premium lithium battery brand that guarantees a lifespan of up to 10 years and withstands up to 15,000 cycles.

Bluetooth 4.0 Real-Time Monitoring: WattCycle 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Mini Smart Battery features a built-in Bluetooth module, allowing you to monitor your battery’s status in real time without additional hardware. Using WattCycle’s proprietary app, you can view critical data such as state of charge (SOC), power output, current & voltage, and temperature.

Advanced 100A BMS Protection: Integrated Battery Management System (BMS) safeguards the 12V 100Ah Mini LiFePO4 Battery against overcharging, deep discharging, overloading, overheating, extreme temperatures (high/low), and short circuits. Warranty Policy

At WattCycle, we stand behind the quality and performance of our batteries. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions of the manual.

Warranty Period

WattCycle warrants that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.

1. For the battery >50Ah, the warranty period is 5+2 years. (Extra 2-year warranty service is only for official website customers.)

2. For the battery ≤50Ah, the warranty period is 3 years.

3. For the battery charger, the warranty period is 2 years.

4. For other accessories, the warranty period is 1 year.

Warranty Statement

Any defects in material or workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to the following:

1. A purchased order number was made through WattCycle's official stores.

2. Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty on the items will be invalid once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Exclusions of Warranty

1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident, or damaged due to force majeure. (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);

2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

3. Lost, stolen, or fully refunded product;

4. The warranty period expired;

5. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;

6. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.

Procedures for Warranty Claims

We’ll assist in analyzing the consumer’s problem within 24 hours, help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.

If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we’ll send a new battery replacement to the defective battery after it has been returned to our US warehouse by the pre-paid label we prepared. The defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.

From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement or refund services; Within 7 months from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement services.

Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. We will provide a pre-paid label to customers who need to return the products to the designated place at the specified time.

Batteries that have been serviced or replaced under their warranty period do not receive extended warranties. Instead, the serviced/replaced battery(-ies) will abide by the original warranty period issued when first purchased.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time. We will post any changes to this policy on our website.

1. Solar Power:

Harness the sun's energy! With effective sunshine for 4.5 hours a day, a 300W solar panel system can fully charge your battery in a single day.
Solar panel flexibility: Larger solar panels (greater than 300W) can also charge your battery, but charging times may vary depending on sunlight intensity and duration.

2. Generator/Alternator:

Compatible power source is key: Ensure your generator or alternator provides a DC output. In this case, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect it to the battery.
AC output option: If your generator/alternator uses AC output, consult our recommendations for a suitable battery charger to connect it to your battery.

Hola,estaria bien que la bateria llevase en su base ,algun tipo de borde de plastico para que se pudiera fijar a la mayoria de soportes de los vehiculos que lleva una garra metalica de fijacion ,ok? Saludos
