Shipping Protection doesn't mean a thing when a unit comes damaged in manufacturing then allowed to be shipped to customer. Front plate pushed inwards. Power button leans inward..communication ports bent inwards...screen away from panel lower right. No visible paint damage No damage during shipping. This unit has major cosmetic damage. No excuse.
Very satisfied with this baterry! I am using two of them in my 24V little offgrid solar system, without any problem. I purchased first battery about year ago, and second one just few weeks ago. Great value for the money.
